Working within the Wirral region on behalf of our clients Iwan is adept at building good relationships with Landowners (grantors) which is crucial to the success of future projects, along with the safety and security of the existing network. Day to day Iwan proactively manages a number of individual projects resolving problems in the land rights process which may be preventing delivery of programmes or be detrimental to the safety or security of the existing network. He provides specialist advise to the client project manager in relation to the selection of appropriate land rights being sought to ensure programmes can be maintain and delivered. His many years of experience on the job also provides him with the ability to supervise and provide sound advise to less experienced colleagues.
Away from the office Iwan enjoys spending time with his young family and socialising with friends. He is also keen to indulge his love of sport by regularly playing a round of golf as a member of Penmaenmawr Golf Club where he strives to retain the title of Club Champion year on year.
