Growing-up on a farm established Jon's connection with the land and his passion for the Welsh countryside and agriculture from a young age. His farming roots formed a strong foundation upon which he has garnered extensive knowledge and appreciation for rural land and environmental issues, compensation law, and principles for land valuation.
As Company Director Jon’s focus is to the provision of specialist advice, knowledge and expertise in meeting client expectations, and in delivering the results clients have come to rely upon.
Ensuring application of appropriate resources for timely delivery, be it for wayleaves, easements, compensation claims or Eco-friendly wind farm or hydro schemes, it’s all part of Jon’s daily routine in directing the team here at Bryn Mawr.
When he's not leading the team or representing clients’ interests, Jon is at his happiest spending quality time in the countryside, whether that be casting a fly fishing line in Wales' many rivers and lakes or walking his spaniels in the hills.
