Neil Hodgkinson

Land Officer

A graduate in Geography from Bangor University, Neil’s understanding of rural land is of great benefit when negotiating agreements for access and installation of apparatus on behalf of our clients. His day to day tasks involve organising site visits to meet with Landowners and client Project Managers to run through proposals, obtaining consents for apparatus installations, data entry, land referencing and dealing with a number of customer queries. Neil works independently in a number of districts for our clients, and is always keen to take advantage of the vast knowledge and experience senior team members have to offer to further his role progression.

Away from his desk, Neil is a keen sportsman who likes to maintain a high level of fitness by following a strength training programme, having recently retired from playing rugby for a local club. He has always had a focus and passion for exploring the great outdoors though, and frequently organises globetrotting mountaineering and mountain biking adventures such as summiting Mt Blanc in the Alps, Mt Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains and trekking to Everest Base Camp in Nepal and throughout the Peruvian Andes in South America.
